Important Information

One of the core values of the HA brand is exclusivity. For this reason, our collections are produced in limited quantities. Most designs are available as a single piece or only in a very small number of editions.

As a result, not every product displayed on our website is immediately available from stock.

Items currently in stock can be ordered directly through our webshop or viewed and purchased in person at the Salon 19 Showroom in Budapest.

Ordering

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this information.

If you have any questions regarding available models, stock, or ordering options, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Items currently in stock from our latest collections can be ordered directly through our webshop.

At present, we ship orders within the European Union only.

Collections

Our seasonal (limited edition) collections are available only for a limited period.

Selected pieces from our permanent collections, including certain handbags and belts, are available throughout the year.

Custom Orders

Custom-made orders are currently available within Hungary only.

Custom orders include:

• recreating previously released designs,
• designing and producing pieces in completely personalized colour combinations.

Please note that every custom-made piece requires a longer production process and may take several months to complete.

If you would like to commission a personalized HA design, please contact us. We will be happy to provide further details.

Shipping

Orders are shipped only after payment has been received via bank transfer.

Cash on delivery is not available.

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–10 business days.

As all products are shipped from Hungary, international deliveries may require additional transit time.

Handmade Craftsmanship

Every HA product is handcrafted, meaning no two pieces are ever exactly alike.

Natural leather may display slight creases, pores, grain variations, or other natural characteristics. These are not defects but unique features that highlight the authenticity of genuine leather.

Pricing

We make every effort to ensure that all prices displayed on our website are accurate.

However, should an obvious pricing error occur due to a technical or administrative mistake, we reserve the right to modify or cancel the order.

In such cases, we will contact you and offer the product at the correct price. If you choose not to proceed, your order may be cancelled without any further obligation.

Warranty

All HA products are covered by a 6-month quality warranty.

The warranty does not cover:

• normal wear and tear,
• surface damage,
• cuts or scratches,
• damage caused by improper or accidental use.

Particular care should be taken with metallic leather finishes, as they may be damaged by sharp or abrasive objects.

After the warranty period has expired, we continue to offer repair services. Please contact us by email for current repair fees.

Product Guarantee & Replacement

If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during shipping, we will repair, replace, or, where appropriate, refund the item free of charge.

Please return the product in its original condition and carefully packaged.

Damage resulting from improper use is not covered by our warranty or replacement policy.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Products purchased from available stock may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Returned items must:

• be unused and in their original condition,
• be undamaged,
• be returned with all original packaging.

Before returning any product, please contact us by email.

Please note that custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or exchanged.
